About Us
CYBER-SECURE is a collective of security, privacy, and AI governance specialists. We design compliance, technology, and operations as a single continuous fabric.
Our founder, Kurose, started his career in software engineering and spent 10 years designing authentication and payment systems at tens-of-millions-user scale. He later expanded into security, privacy, and AI governance, and currently serves as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University.
