CYBER-SECURE
Since the 1990s, Ken Kurose has been working in software development. In the feature-phone era he built mobile SNS and messaging services; around 2000 he was involved in developing agent-oriented middleware; and he has since been involved in the development of portal authentication infrastructure serving tens of millions of users and next-generation data exchange platforms.
On that same trajectory, he still writes code today, building a Dynamic Multi-Agent System (Dynamic MAS) himself and hands-on exploring its technical and governance challenges.
Services
Cross-Domain Practical Support & Issue Framing
Across software development, security, privacy, and AI governance, we frame issues that sit between technology, legal, and operations, and indicate directions for overall — not local — optimization.
Generative AI Guidelines / AI Usage Policy Development
Drafting of generative AI guidelines, AI usage policies, and AI governance documents, along with technical implementation checks and internal training.
PIA / GDPR Support (Issue Framing & Directional Advice)
For privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA), cross-border data transfers, contractual clauses such as SCCs, and handling of personal data in generative AI use, we organize the issues across technology, legal, and operations and advise on direction. We also support design that reflects data minimization, and requirements organization and review for consent management platform (CMP) introductions.
Security Audits, Incident Response & CSIRT / SOC Design
Vulnerability assessments, CSIRT design, SOC build-out, improvement of security metrics, and end-to-end support from initial incident response to recurrence prevention.
